I’ve spent years helping leaders and teams unlock their full potential, and I’ve learned again and again that trust is the foundation — without it, everything else wobbles. That’s why I created this survey and the Trust Series: to give you a simple, actionable way to measure trust and start building it more intentionally in your team.
After 14 years with the same organization — and this year being one of my best years yet — I’ve felt a pull to let the lessons I’ve learned ripple outward. This page is part of that experiment: an honest attempt to see if there’s a broader community ready for this work while I remain deeply dedicated to the organization I serve.
